Rogue River Rafting Trips

Take a 4-Day Journey through the Wild & Scenic Rogue River in Southern Oregon

About Rafting the Rogue River

Our four-day Rogue River white water rafting trip begins in southern Oregon, just outside of Grants Pass (50 miles Northwest of Ashland) and end to the west near Foster Bar Campground. During your four-day, three-night adventure we will run a variety of both rapids and flat water, all of which are suitable for ages 7 or older, non-swimmers and for families. Our guides will lead you down the river, telling stories, cooking meals and setting up camp along the way. You will experience world-renowned fishing, time with family and friends, and an on-water experience to last a lifetime!

During our unforgettable trip down the river, we’ll be immersed in nature, far from human habitation. The Siskiyou Mountain gorge treats us to exhilarating Class II and III rapids, while the renowned Blossom Bar, a sole Class IV rapid on the route will leave you in awe with it’s narrow and tall winding canyon walls.

ROGUE RIVER FAQ

What makes the Rogue River Wild & Scenic

In 1968 Congress passed the Wild and Scenic Rivers act.  Eight rivers were included in the original act, including the beautiful Rogue River in southwestern Oregon. Once you’ve had the opportunity to experience the Rogue you will understand why. Winding through a canyon full of dense forests, wildlife, fish, and volcanic geology, the Rogue serves up some truly breathtaking  scenery.

The Rogue River is famous for its stunning scenery, whitewater rafting, exceptional fishing opportunities, and being designated as a National Wild and Scenic River. It’s also known for its historical significance and diverse range of outdoor activities.

The Rogue River features several notable rapids, with “Rainie Falls” being one of the most challenging, which we often walk around. It’s classified as a Class V rapid and requires experienced rafters to navigate. Other significant rapids include “Blossom Bar” and “Mule Creek Canyon,” both of which offer exciting Class IV challenges. The rapids on the Rogue River are suitable for first-timers, ages 7+ and non-swimmers.
