Women’s Wellness Retreat on the Snake River / Hells Canyon

Indulge in the ultimate Women’s Wellness & Rafting Retreat, a blissful 5-day escape paired with an adventure of a lifetime on the Snake River. Your journey begins with a warm welcome at our outpost where we meet and greet during our pre trip dinner in Halfway, OR.

Each morning on the river you will be greeted with revitalizing yoga sessions. From there the journey continues with a day of rafting until we post up at camp for the evening. Your day on the water will be followed by nourishing and soothing massages at camp. In addition to the massages and relaxing, camp provides time to hike and enjoy world renowned fly fishing for sturgeon, salmon, trout and walleye (with instruction as requested). Evenings bring the chance for deep conversations with new friends, campfire Yin, Reiki and meditation. This retreat is all about rejuvenation, connection with nature and remembering your truest self, unencumbered by all the “shoulds”, set free in the playground of Mother Earth. Join us for this experience of a lifetime that reforges your mind, body, spirit connection. Honoring the moment is important throughout the retreat experience and guests can choose to participate in group activities or take time for themselves. This is your retreat!

TRIP ITINERARY

Meet Time 9 AM
Return Time: 3 - 4 PM

Kickstart your rafting journey with a 6:30pm Meet & Greet dinner at our Halfway Outpost. Join your crew and fellow adventurers for a delightful evening. You’ll receive your dry bags for packing your gear that night. For accommodation, we recommend The Pine Valley Lodge. After dinner, unwind and enjoy your evening at the lodge, complete with breakfast the next morning.

9:00am: Rise and shine at at the Halfway Outpost

Arrive at Put-In: Head to Hells Canyon Dam Visitors Center and begin rigging the boats for an exhilarating day.

Full day of rafting: Enjoy a day of rapids with a riverside lunch break.

Arrive at camp: Where cozy tents awaits

Evening activities: Options include yoga, massages, and fishing, followed by

Appetizers & dinner: Enjoy riverside camaraderie

Morning By the River: Awaken to the serene symphony of the river. Enjoy a warm cup of coffee, tea, or other hot beverages as you absorb the tranquility of the morning.

Refreshing Morning Yoga & Breakfast at Camp: Enjoy a morning yoga session before indulging in a hearty camp breakfast.

Continued River Adventure: Back on the river, anticipate another day of rafting thrills. We’ll pause for a leisurely riverside lunch, a chance to unwind and appreciate the scenic beauty around you.

Arrive at Camp: Choose between massages, fishing, or relaxation.

Dinner & Night Under the Stars: As daylight fades, indulge in a delicious dinner, followed by a night of camping beneath the vast, starry sky—a breathtaking evening in nature’s grand theater.

Layover Day

Breakfast & Yoga at Camp: Savor breakfast at camp, followed by an invigorating morning yoga session.

Hike and Lunch: Explore the surroundings with a hike and enjoy a mid-day lunch.

Enjoy Camp: Engage in massages, fishing, or simply bask by the riverside.

Dinner: As the day transitions to evening, relish a delicious dinner, soaking in the serenity of your suroundings.

Sunrise Over the Canyon: Embrace the final morning of our journey, as the sun’s golden rays paint the canyon walls in a breathtaking display. Savor your coffee, tea, or cocoa, cherishing this magical moment.

Pack & Paddle: Time to pack up camp, carrying cherished memories as we embark on the last leg of our adventure, venturing back onto the river.

Lunch on the Water: Our journey is punctuated by a delicious on-water lunch, a flavorful finale for our Snake River odyssey.

Arrival at Kirkwood Ranch (Take-Out) at 4:00pm: With a sense of accomplishment and the river’s stories etched in our hearts, we reach our destination at Kirkwood Ranch. We will then travel back upriver via jet boat concluding this chapter of our incredible Snake River experience with a thrilling and scenic return to our outpost.
