About Moving Deep Yoga

Karissa has been actively creating spaces for people to expand their consciousness and grow their community since 2014.   Always looking to refine and deepen how she offers herself to the world, her pursuit for knowledge and expansion is unending.  The movement practice she shares, Moving Deep, is an invitation to meet your moment fully and breathe into your edges.  Harnessing deep breath and juicy tribal bass music she guides you to find the space where freedom, strength, playfulness and softness all live in symbiotic harmony within you.

Water flows in the South Fork American River result from releases from hydroelectric facilities located upstream. Such water releases are not subject to the control of El Dorado County or rafting companies operating under Permits from the County of El Dorado.
