TRIP OVERVIEW

Women’s Wellness Retreat on the Snake River / Hells Canyon

Indulge in the ultimate Women’s Wellness & Rafting Retreat, a blissful 4-day escape paired with an adventure of a lifetime on the Snake River. Put on in conjunction with True North Yoga out of Boise, Idaho, your journey begins with a warm welcome at our outpost where we meet and greet during our pre trip dinner in Halfway, OR.

Each morning on the river you will be greeted with revitalizing yoga sessions with Liz. From there the journey continues with a day of rafting until we post up at camp for the evening. Your day on the water will be followed by nourishing and soothing massages at camp with Hannah. In addition to the massages and relaxing, camp provides time to hike and enjoy world renowned fly fishing for sturgeon, salmon, trout and walleye (with instruction as requested). Evenings bring the chance for deep conversations with new friends, campfire Yin, Reiki and meditation. This retreat is all about rejuvenation, connection with nature and remembering your truest self, unencumbered by all the “shoulds”, set free in the playground of Mother Earth. Join us for this experience of a lifetime that reforges your mind, body, spirit connection. Honoring the moment is important throughout the retreat experience and guests can choose to participate in group activities or take time for themselves. This is your retreat!

Meet Your Yoga Teacher Liz Hilton

Yoga instructor Liz Hilton (@EHiltonArt) will be joining the trip and hosting multiple sessions throughout the four day journey. Liz is an Idaho native, has been teaching yoga for 9 years and practicing for over 20. She received her Teacher Training from The Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica and views yoga as an inquiry into the “Self” that begins when you come to the questions of meaning and purpose in life. Liz is known for her vigorous, powerful vinyasa classes. Flows that build up heat from within with a strong emphasis on core, strength building poses, and advanced asanas. Fun, lighthearted, and physically demanding, yet spiritually encompassing the witness consciousness part of our multidimensional self as a gateway to happiness, contentment and peace.

Meet Your Massage Therapist Hannah Craft

Hannah Craft (@palindrome85 ) is a licensed massage therapist and registered yoga teacher 200, originally from Washington State, graduated from Maui School of Therapeutic Massage in 2016. Upon graduating from massage school, Hannah  moved to Boise Idaho to begin her practice. Over the last ten years, she has expanded her personal and professional practice through completing her 200 hour Hatha yoga teacher certification through Konalani Yoga Ashram, on the big island of Hawaii, reiki energy healing through the tan ran lineage, and most recently a breath work facilitator training through Marcy Midnight in Boise. During Hannah’s massage session one can expect intuitive pressure, deep tissue, Swedish massage as well as trigger point therapy. She also offers cupping and reiki to assist in release and relaxation. Her belief that the body is an endless roadmap to self discovery and healing, propels her own practice and fuels her excitement to hold space for others to do the same. When Hannah is not running her private Massage practice, Light Body Massage in downtown Boise, she enjoys any sort of group fitness/yoga class, being outside connecting with Mother Nature, and bingeing bravo TV.
