Upon graduating from massage school, Hannah moved to Boise Idaho to begin her practice. Over the last ten years, she has expanded her personal and professional practice through completing her 200 hour Hatha yoga teacher certification through Konalani Yoga Ashram, on the big island of Hawaii, reiki energy healing through the tan ran lineage, and most recently a breath work facilitator training through Marcy Midnight in Boise. During Hannah’s massage session one can expect intuitive pressure, deep tissue, Swedish massage as well as trigger point therapy. She also offers cupping and reiki to assist in release and relaxation. Her belief that the body is an endless roadmap to self discovery and healing, propels her own practice and fuels her excitement to hold space for others to do the same. When Hannah is not running her private Massage practice, Light Body Massage in downtown Boise, she enjoys any sort of group fitness/yoga class, being outside connecting with Mother Nature, and bingeing bravo TV.
